Feng Xiaoqiang, male, Chief Physician, graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in 1976. He has been engaged in clinical surgical work for more than 40 years. In 1979, he participated in the Self-Defensive Counterattack against Vietnam and was awarded a Third-Class Merit.
